Hi!
My name is Taisiia Kuzmenko and I am Swedish sabre fencer, part of Lunds Akademiska Fäktklubb (LundsAFK) in Lund, Sweden. I've been representing Sweden in the Olympic sport of sabre fencing for the last two seasons across Europe in European Cadet Circuit (ECC) and other international competitions in Germany, Poland, Bulgaria, Turkey, Hungary and Spain. I have competed in U14, U15 and U17 categories individually and in mixed teams.

This coming season I will represent Swedish National Team at ECCs in U17 category to get qualified for the European Cadet Championship and Cadet World Cup. It is an amazing opportunity to represent Sweden in this beautiful sport, but I need your help to fund these trips as I was told that only ECCs trips will cost in total around 36.000 SEK (based on the last year experience). I need to get to ECC Gödodlloo, Hungary in October, ECC Istanbul and/or ECC Sofia in November, ECC Eislingen in December, ECC Barcelona and Konin in January. Last one will be in Prague in February.

Fencing is my passion and I use every opportunity to develop as fencer. To succeed I need to participate in competitions abroad. My parents and my club support me as much as they can, I also try to save some money and it would be great if you would also like to support me by donating and help me get to European Cadet Circuits this year. Your donation will help to increase the presence of Sweden in international sabre fencing.
