Tarina

I am a Malawian Taekwondo athlete at the highest level of qualification - 1st dan black belt.

I've won many local competitions 12 in total
It's been my dream to go for tournaments outside Malawi and compete at a higher level.

Last year I was lucky to go to Zimbabwe for a tournament but unfortunately I lost.

I've trained a lot this year and learnt from my mistakes and want to end a competition in South Africa on 15 November. This would be my biggest competition and biggest dream.

I want to prove that I can be a champion, not only locally but internationally.

To excel, I need to be constantly pushing my limits. I am training hard, but at the same time, I know that the road to success will be costly. Wages in Malawi are just £30 a month and not enough to support my dream to fight internationally.
